It takes the stress away from constant ordering, & you save up to 10% for your Omrub. You don't have to think about ordering it when you run out, it simply arrives every 1, 2 or 3 months.

Can I change my subscription date? Or pause my subscription.

The subscription date is fixed based on the date you set up the subscription, so if you need to change the subscription date, you can cancel the subscription and make a new one on the appropriate date. If you need a break from the subscription, you can also pause it in the subscription page. 

Anything else? 

By signing up for a subscription, you are committing to a minimum of 2 subscription transactions.

Eg: if you are setting up a monthly subscription, you will have to commit to 2 months.

Here’s how to sign up to an Omrub subscription:

1 - Go to the product page

2 - Select the subscribe & save button to the right of the product, 

3 - Choose delivery frequency

4 - Please note, the delivery date for the subscription is based on your original order date: 

For example, if you order your first Omrub on subscription on the 1st of May, and you choose a frequency of 1 month, your next delivery of Omrub will be on the 1st of June. 

5 - After you select the frequency you are after, click the ‘ADD SUBSCRIPTION TO CART’ button. 

6 - From here, go to the cart, and purchase your product. 

7 - Once you have finished your purchase, you should get an email from us, detailing your subscription. 

How to view and edit my subscription.

If you’re loving Omrub so much that you want to order more or change your subscription, then have a look at your subscription portal.

  1. Go to  your account page - https://omrub.com/account
  2. Under ‘ACCOUNT’, you will see subscriptions
  3. This will take you to the Subscriptions page, which will show you an overview of your subscriptions.
  4. You can click into the subscription number, to edit and view the subscription details.
  5. Here you can pause, cancel, skip or create an order. You can also update payment methods.
