Can I change my auto order date? Or pause my order?

Yup! The initial Auto order date is based on the date you set up the first order, so if you need to change the subscription date, you can go into your account page and click 'manage Auto Order' to change this. You can also pause & cancel your Auto Order, aswell as add more products to the order if needed.

Anything else? 

By signing up for an Auto order, you are committing to a minimum of 2 subscription transactions.

Eg: if you are setting up a monthly subscription, you will have to commit to 2 months.

Here’s how to sign up to an Omrub Auto Order:

1 - Go to the product page

2 - Select the 'Setup Auto Order & Save' button to the right of the product, 

3 - Choose delivery frequency

4 - Please note, the delivery date for the Auto Order is based on your original order date: 

For example, if you order your first Omrub on Auto order on the 1st of May, and you choose a frequency of 1 month, your next delivery of Omrub will be on the 1st of June. 

5 - After you select the frequency you are after, click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. 

6 - From here, go to the cart, and purchase your product. 

7 - Once you have finished your purchase, you should get an email from us, detailing your Auto Order. 

How to view and edit my Auto Order.

If you’re loving Omrub so much that you want to order more or change your Auto Order, then have a look at your Auto Order portal.

  1. Go to  your account page -
  2. Under ‘ACCOUNT’, you will see the 'Manage Auto Order' button.
  3. This will take you to the Auto order page, which will show you an overview of your orders.
  4. You can click into the Auto order number, to edit and view the order details.
  5. Here you can change the date, pause, cancel, skip or create an order. You can also update payment methods.
