Like so many Kiwis I love spending a few days away on a beach during summer! However, as I age things seem to ache and get sore more than they used to.
Here are my top 3 holiday pains and how I handled them.
π The long road trip!

Longer car trips always leave me with a sore lower back. I tend to use Omrub after the trip when I'm already sore but this holiday I remembered the inventor of Omrub told me he always applies it before the trip β this made a huge difference - I wasn't so sore once we got there!
